You will prepare reports independently, carry out site visits, liaise with local government, state government and the private sector and assist in preparing fee submissions.

Traffic Engineering Consultant
Requirements
- Values exceptional customer service above all and has an unwavering ability to deliver
- 2-5 years’ experience in consulting or government
- You will bring expertise and a coachable mindset; be passionate about improving
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Help deliver a range of projects from beginning to end
- Deliver projects to cost, schedule, technical and quality standards
- Build a strong profile internally and establishing/maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
- Develop proposals for projects within own ability under the guidance of Senior Engineers, with the expectation and desire to learn new skills and grow your repertoire
- Ensure regular communication with clients
Senior Traffic Engineering Consultant
Requirements

- 5-10 years’ experience in consulting or government
- Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership experience to help teach and mentor younger staff
- Proven project management experience

Responsibilities

Senior or Associate Traffic Designer / Drafter
Requirements
- Values exceptional customer service above all
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Drafting or Traffic Engineering Design
- Background in consulting or government in either Australia or the UK
- Proven project management experience
- You will bring expertise, leadership and mentorship, helping others improve
- Ability to develop relationships at senior levels
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor our young design team to deliver smart forward thinking solutions
- Manage complex projects from beginning to end
- Ensure regular and effective communication with all stake holders
