Senior (Traffic) Engineer

Ayman William

Ayman has nine years industry experience in both Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Business from Swinburne University. He is a design enthusiast and relishes learning opportunities, always the first to raise his hand when a special or different project presents itself. Ayman has extensive industry experience having held previous traffic engineering and management roles at several local and state government authorities.

Bailey Byrnes

Bailey has eight years of industry experience in local and state government. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Diploma of Sustainability from Swinburne University. Deciphering problems is what energises Bailey in her quest to solve the ultimate puzzle of transport planning. She is well known for her depth of knowledge and admirable communication skills having spoken at various conferences and events. Her passion for people is displayed through mentorship of staff in strategic thinking and the strong bonds she develops with clients.

Chris joined SALT with a background in local government, specialising in civil project delivery. Dylan Gilbert

New to Melbourne from Perth, Dylan wears multiple hats at SALT. He is passionate about creating a better world and improving people’s lives. Ernie Mensforth

Ernie joined SALT after 15 years as an Associate at Cardno and a short-lived retirement. Throughout his comprehensive career in Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning he has driven the development of Melbourne’s traffic maneuverability with a wealth of knowledge, which he now passes on to our younger team. Some of Ernie’s key clients include Dan Murphy’s, McDonalds and Woolworths. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from RMIT.

Jarrod has 12 years industry experience in both private consulting and local government. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Monash University. He is experienced in the preparation and presentation of expert evidence at VCAT and is a VicRoads accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor. Jarrod has an aura of calm and steadiness. Kristi Caughley

Born in New Zealand, Kristi has spent most of her life experiencing what the world has to offer. Having lived and worked in 4 countries, Kristi has called Melbourne home for the past 17 years. Kristi joined SALT in 2017 as Office Coordinator with 10 years experience in administration. She is the first point of contact and instrumental to our office running peacefully.

Michelle Traugott

Michelle has lived all of her adult life here in Melbourne. After a full career in the Medical Profession, she decided on a career change and has been our Accounts Coordinator since inception. Michelle’s warm heart is felt whether in the office or working from home. Now in her semi retirement, she spends most of her time cooking, reading, gardening or spending time with her gorgeous little Cavalier, Lady.
