Working on prestigious city dwellings like this are always rewarding experiences. Determining the traffic flow for the  residents and waste vehicles into and out of the lone narrow alleyway for the 17 stories of apartments above the old pub proved testing.  Working with the understanding team at DKO  assisted when finalising difficulties.

Providing parking is not a requirement in the CBD, though we made use of  the limited space we had by introducing a car stacker. Designing access from such a narrow laneway proved difficult, though a rewarding project nonetheless.
