Project Status:

SALT was engaged by Spowers in 2020 to provide traffic engineering advice to assist with the development application to build 6-8 townhouses. The team prepared vehicle swept paths, checked garage and aisle dimensions, determined optimal driveway location and advised regarding resident and visitor parking requirements. These were then summarised in a traffic engineering letter that accompanied the town planning submission.
SALT was also able to assist from a waste engineering perspective wherein the team provided master planning advice, advised on waste collection arrangements and site layout in addition to preparation of a Waste Management Plan.
