The mixed-use development located at Epping Road, North Ryde, NSW comprises of total of 78 apartments and 1,200m2 of commercial spaces consisting of medical suits, shop, café, pharmacy and medical centre.

Our waste team was engaged in 2019 to be part of this amazing project. Our expertise was not limited to advice for commercial and residential waste calculation and waste collection arrangements but to provide best practice and solution to waste design to meet best practice and Council’s requirements which included us in decision-making process regarding the design of specific areas of residential and commercial spaces.

SALT provided a report which consisted of construction and demolition waste management based on the existing site conditions and proposed development plan as well as an ongoing waste management to outline the requirements of the site once it is operational.
