SALT was engaged by Draftmode to provide traffic engineering advice with regards to the development of three dwellings each with their own double garage. Of particular note for this project was the proximity of an existing speed hump to a proposed accessway. Council had raised concerns questioning whether vehicles would scrape the speed hump when entering/exiting their property.
SALT was able to provide recommendations to chamfer the speed hump as relocation was not an option. Upon submission to Council these recommendations were accepted and the project was successful in gaining approval from Council.
