Project Status:

SALT was engaged by Draftmode in 2019 to provide a traffic engineering response to a Council RFI regarding the development of three double storey dwellings. SALT advised on site access undertaking vehicle swept path and sight line assessments as well as ensuring accessways and crossovers were satisfactory under Councils guidance.
In addition to the above, SALT commented on garage door clearances, site boundary fencing and crossover relocation. Relocation of the proposed crossover would have been detrimental to the functioning of the site, and as such SALT justified its original position and the above was successfully approved by Council allowing the developers to move forward with their project.
