YarraBend is the new benchmark for design and urban liveability, located only 6.5km from Melbourne’s CBD on the banks of the Yarra River. SALT was engaged as part of the Alphington Paper Mill redevelopment for waste engineering services. We provided high-level design advice regarding waste provisions and site layout, and design advice regarding waste loading arrangements in addition to a master waste engineering report to accompany the town planning application.

Watching this Glenvill development take shape into 2,500 dwellings is exciting. We look forward to watching it live up to “The World’s Most Liveable Suburb” title.
