The proposed entertainment centre development was designed and aimed to provide public cultural facilities and designed in an iconic manner that balances the local environment. The development will provide a bar, kitchen, studio, theatre and offices of approximately 5210m2.

SALT team has been engaged since 2020 to deliver waste expertise for the project and has become involved in multiple other stages of the project including design and demolition stages. Our services included, provision of waste design and layout advice and advice on waste collection arrangements.

The waste report includes an Ongoing Waste Management Plan for the development in addition to construction of the proposed development and demolition of the existing site. SALT was delighted to be part of this unique project.
