Project Status:

This multi-story residential development in a prominent location in Ringwood saw us design 4 levels of basement car parking and 3 ground floor tenancies. The routine difficulty of needing to accommodate for more parking on site than we have space for was overshadowed by an unusual challenge, working around established trees.

We strive to build strong working relationships with all our clients and in this case, DKO proved an enjoyable client to work with. For the duration of the project we maintained an effective line of communication with both parties being highly responsive, allowing us to prioritise our clients goals whilst meeting our engineering requirements.

Our car parking demand assessment, access ways and aisles were all in accordance with the Planning Scheme and Australian Standards. The proposed bicycle parking exceeded the requirements of Clause 52.34 of the Maroondah Planning Scheme.
