SALT was engaged by Evagon Developments to provide an expert evidence statement regarding the construction of eight dwellings. In the course of preparing an expert witness statement/submission to VCAT, SALT undertook a full review of proposed site access, existing conditions and traffic characteristics of the surrounding road network. SALT also reviewed site layout and provided design advice utilisng vehicle swept paths.
Upon completion of the above, SALT liaised with the project team and legal team to prepare and attend the VCAT hearing.
