SALT was engaged by Sellick Consultants in 2021 to undertake a design review of a proposed Early learning Centre in Canberra. The proposal included the development of a 2 storey ELC that would provide 120 spaces for children with a target to provide 35 car parks on-site.

A parking study of the area was conducted to ensure existing traffic conditions were known to fully understand the impacts of this new development. Traffic engineering advice was provided to project architects to ensure car parking arrangements were safe and efficient. Additionally, consideration was given to the loading and waste arrangements for the continued operation of the site.
