SALT was engaged by Infrastructure, Housing & Strategic Assets EACH Housing Limited in 2021 to provide traffic engineering services on a community care units and apartments development. SALT prepared a car parking arrangement design that complied with relevant Planning Scheme and Australian Standard requirements. To achieve this, we utilised AutoTURN to assess key design vehicle movements through the site and prepared a traffic engineering letter to be submitted to council.
