SALT was engaged by Train Street Development Pty Ltd in 2019 to prepare a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) for the proposed construction of four townhouses. The team at SALT used their extensive experience and relationships with local Council to address and communicate with relevant stakeholders during the application stages of this project.
In developing the CTMP, SALT prepared a scheduled break down of the planned works including assessment of site access and the surrounding road network. Ultimately the proposed project was successful in gaining council approval and has been completed.
