Escala, Docklands is comprised of four buildings with a mix of residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial offerings in the eastern precinct of New Quay, including 174 dwellings.
SALT was been engaged in 2015 by MAB and Six Degrees to provide traffic and waste services for this $130 million project. During our participation we have successfully liaised with key authorities in the area to progress the Development Application through Town Planning and into Tender Documentation.
When complete, residents will be offered a range of urban living opportunities including apartments, lofts and three-level home-offices which were designed to respond to a new age of professionals who are looking for flexible living and workspace.
Since including Docklands in the City of Melbourne in 2007, the size of Melbourne’s central city has doubled and returned a significant area of waterfront to the city.
