Traffic & Transport Engineer Job Melbourne & Sydney

Due to continued project wins, we have the following opportunities available:

  • Traffic & Transport Engineer (3 to 15+ years experience) – Melbourne
  • Traffic & Transport Engineer (3 to 15+ years experience) – Sydney

Managerial level candidates will take a leadership role in the business and be instrumental in managing projects of varying scale and complexity from inception through completion. You will be a direct contact for clients, assist in business growth and provide mentorship to graduate and junior level engineers.

We are also looking for experienced engineers with 3+ years of experience from a consulting background who might be looking to take that next step in their career journey. You will be given the opportunity to grow and develop your abilities under the mentorship of our leadership team, with a clear pathway to a leadership position. About You:

  • 3 to 15+ years experience in traffic engineering and/or transport planning
  • Background in consulting strongly preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to apply sound judgement to achieve successful outcomes
  • Ability to develop relationships and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Current Australian driver’s license
  • Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience with modelling software such as SIDRA (preferred but not essential)
